I called concerned about my medical bills and Christine was able to look up my account and she sent me the proper form to complete in order to get my claims re-evaluated. So I'm hopeful that completing the form will assist in my medical claims being reviewed because I cannot afford the cost o my bills! However, even though I was quite distressed, Christina was so kind I just wanted to thank her for her kind tone and excellent service to help me!
