I am a mother of 2 adult daughters. I identify myself as a 'Jill of all trades'. I am a lifelong member with Team Rubicon, assisting with disaster response and disaster relief. I find solace in music, gardening, antiquing, crafting, attending festivals and traveling. I can be found on hiking trails in the late Spring/Summer. I have a BA in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and an Associates in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Electronic Medical Records (EMR's). I am a former Paramedic and Firefighter. I earned the President's Volunteer Service Award in 2010.

Cleared the clouds
Melissa was able to tell me exactly what is needed to get my grandsons claims processed after not getting assistance from the doctor office. I was able to get everything and sent it all in myself. Melissa took the time to listen to me complain about how long things were taking and why we will never frequent that doctor office again. I talked with Melissa a couple other times and grateful I got her most of the time when I called. I apologize for being so heated before but she cleared the clouds
Melissa Cooper: A Customer Service Nightmare
I recently had the unfortunate experience of interacting with Melissa Cooper from the insurance TPA, and I must say, it was one of the worst customer service encounters I've ever had. Melissa's lack of responsiveness, argumentative nature, rudeness, insincerity, and apparent reluctance to perform her job as a customer service representative left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. From the beginning, it was clear that Melissa was disinterested in assisting me.
Amazing Knowledge and HELPFUL
I have been calling on a claim with a DOS of 03/29/22 and every time previous calls said W9 issue. Melissa checked into policy benefits and gave me and showed me exactly where to find what I was looking for to resolve the claim. Kind and went above and beyond to help me. I do revenue cycle management and when calling insurance companies now a days, it is like people are reading from a script. She knew exactly what she was talking about. Thank you again Melissa you made my day.
