Personal Life

Born and raised in Illinois. I have been happily married to my wife Lori for almost 16 years. We are joined by our lovable pet morkie Lola, almost 5 years old. I have a passion for playing tennis and bass fishing. I love fast sports cars as well, NISSAN GTR is a favorite of mine. One of my goals in life someday is to compete in a bass fishing tournament. Also a sports fan of Boston Redsox, Boston Celtics and the Minnesota Vikings.

Professional Career

I've been a part of Sasid/Insurance TPA since August 23, 2022. I bring 20 plus years of customer service and sales experience, specializing in banking and car sales. I have exceptional patience and awareness when it comes to problem solving and communicating with customers. Anywhere that I have worked, I have always represented myself as a brand ambassador. Trying to accelerate the excitement and passion for each one. In my work life, it brings me unbelievable joy to know that I have impacted customers in a positive way, no matter how small or large.

Michael was so great. My dental plan had no record of my sign up and payments, and I could not make an appointment. Michael answered my call for help, listened, explained it was a technical issue then worked the issue. After a couple of days sorting it out he called me back! Dental is now a go. Thank you Michael! Best service in a digital age!

We had trouble navigating the website, and when we called in Michael helped us tackle our issue quickly. He assisted us, but offered to walk us through how to navigate what we were trying to do while also showing us added key features. Very friendly, professional and thorough. In this age of digital, it was great to be treated like a customer versus a number. We read his bio, we were so impressed by his service and found out he has a pet named Lola too! Thumbs up!! He was pleasant and patient with ease and confidence – his outcome was a success, however I would still write this recommendation had it not been successful. He understood my problem and moved bureaucratic mountains to help me on a late Friday afternoon in Miami! I was lucky to get Mike - once I began speaking with him, I didn’t mind waiting on hold.
